2. Scope of data processing
This website is designed to be data-minimising. It uses no cookies, no tracking, no analytics services and loads no content from external third-party servers or content delivery networks (CDNs). No user profiles are created and no data is passed to third parties for advertising purposes.
3. Server log files & hosting
This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When you access the site, the hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in server log files that your browser transmits. This may include the browser type and version, the operating system used, the referrer URL, the host name of the accessing device, the time of the server request and the IP address.
This data is not merged with other data sources. It is processed on the basis of Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR; we have a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and security of our website. A data processing agreement pursuant to Article 28 GDPR has been concluded with the hosting provider. Log data is stored only for as long as necessary for these purposes.

If you send us an enquiry via the contact form or by e-mail, the details you provide (in particular your name, company, e-mail address, phone number and message) will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions.
The legal basis for processing this data is Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your request relates to the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures, and otherwise our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry pursuant to Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR. We delete this data once it is no longer required, unless statutory retention periods (e.g. under commercial or tax law) apply.

Your personal data is only passed on to third parties where this is legally permitted or where you have consented. Processors (such as our hosting provider) act only on our instructions and are bound by contract in accordance with Article 28 GDPR.

Under the GDPR you have the right to obtain information about your stored personal data (Art. 15), to have it corrected (Art. 16) or erased (Art. 17), to restrict its processing (Art. 18), to data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing (Art. 21).
